Tracking

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Import Duties

Take into account that if you are ordering outside the EU, import duties may apply. This means that you might have to pay import duties upon arrival. The height of this amount depends on the country you live in. Make sure you know what additional cost you can expect.

RETURNS

Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your item. An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

is in undamaged state
is not used and has no usage marks
The adhesive strip is unused
includes the original packaging.
Studio Lemstrom reserves the right to refuse returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

Refunds

After receiving your return, it can take up to 7 working days to receive a confirmation of your refund per mail. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs will not be refunded, except if agreed upon beforehand.

How to Return?

Get the packing slip. If you don't have it anymore, include any paper and mention your order number (see confirmation email, name an email address clearly so we can process your return. You can also download the return form here
Put the product with the packing slip in its original packaging and ideally try to re-use the shipping carton in which you received the item. Cover any existing barcode.
