Shipping & Returns

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €5.95, free over €85.

- Rest of the EU: from €6.95, free over €100.

- Outside the EU: based on weight, shown at checkout.

- For orders outside the EU, import duties and local VAT may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Take into account that if you are ordering outside the EU, import duties may apply. This means that you might have to pay import duties upon arrival. The height of this amount depends on the country you live in. Make sure you know what additional cost you can expect.

You have 30 days to return your item. An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

• is in undamaged state
• is not used and has no usage marks 
• The adhesive strip and/or screws are unused
• includes the original packaging.
• Studio Lemstrom reserves the right to refuse returned items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

After receiving your return, it can take up to 14 working days to receive a confirmation of your refund per mail. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs will not be refunded, except if agreed upon beforehand. 

If a return causes the order value to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

•  Get the packing slip. If you don't have it anymore, include any paper and mention your order number (see confirmation email, name an email address clearly so we can process your return.
• Put the product with the packing slip in its original packaging and ideally try to re-use the shipping carton in which you received the item. Cover any existing barcode.
• Address the return package to:

• Bring it to the closest postal service and keep your track & trace code safe until we confirmed receipt of the return

Returns shipping cost are at your own expense.
